February 20, 200620 yr On fsautostart,When you go to the services tab and select a service to stop and restart, will it stop when I click on the start tab and restart when I exit fs2004?ThanksAlexhttp://fs2crew.com/linepilot.jpghttp://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/forum/ng_driver.jpg
February 20, 200620 yr Once you set up the services to stop and start and save your configuration, yes it will stop the services and programs, start FS and any other programs you have it set up to start. Once you close FS, it will also close any programs you had it start up, restart services and programs you told it to, then shut itself down. One of the best programs available for FS in my opinion, especially with a low end system like mine.
February 20, 200620 yr Okay, thanksAlexhttp://fs2crew.com/linepilot.jpghttp://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/forum/ng_driver.jpg
February 20, 200620 yr Author Yes it willEqually, there are a couple of other options.Firstly, you can set Autostart to do nothing after FS closes. This means you can restart FS in the same state without wasting time through having to run Autostart again if for example you have exited due to a crash or to save settings etc. Of course, when you do reboot your system, it will reboot fully - Autostart makes only temporary changes for an FS session, it doesn't make any permanent changes at all.Secondly, you can set Autostart to reboot your system on exiting FS. This is maybe quicker than retstarting all the things it has stopped individually!
