Suddenly can't connect

Hi Guys, I have AS2016 for Prepar3d V4 on a networked machine and it had been working flawlessly.

Recently rebooted both machines and I can no longer get Active sky to connect. Both computers see each other. permissions seem appropriate and haven't changed. AV software is off and I don't see any blocked traffic. I checked simconnect and that seems ok and appropriate. WideFS on the networked computer seems to connect just fine. Any thoughts on how to trouble shoot this?
