PMDG Ops Center update error

I have been trying to update my 737 6700 and 8700 files and keep getting this error.

Feature transfer error

Feature:  FSX Version - Original Microsoft Distribution

Component:    Ops Center

File:                 <Folder_SIM2>\

Error:               The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect

 

This installed perfectly fine quite some time ago but now it will not update. I have not moved the directory and it has always been loaded on drive C:

Do I have to go look in my registry?

As mentioned in the update notes, you need to uninstall prior to reinstalling.
