March 5, 200620 yr I've been looking for this aircraft for use in FS2004. It might not be made for FS yet, but if somebody knows of it, I would appreciate it! :)A picture of this aircraft:http://www1.airpics.com/showimg.php?imgid=75168RegardsKjell A.
March 5, 200620 yr very nice bird indeed, but not made for FS to my knowledge. Only the Lancair Legacy 2000 made by Robert Christopher and the Katana (by Aerosoft)have some similarity in class and design.Rob "Holland&Holland" de Vries http://fool.exler.ru/sm/fly2.gif"To go up, pull the stick back. March 5, 200620 yr Does seem to be a corner of the sim market not yet catered for - LSA and Microlights have received little attention in the sim, although I see FSX is gong to ship with a flexwing!Ought to be some nice opportunities for developers - flexing wings from the airliners, folding wing commands, even removable wings, stuff-the-plane-in-the-trailer animations, along with some detailing in the engine bay made possible by the absence of extra polygons for things which these `basic` aircraft don't have - the new AT-3 for example, has a `variable pitch` aero-elastic prop, which changes shape according to demand and not a lever in the cockpit - who's going to be the first to model THAT for flight sim?Allcott
March 6, 200620 yr I haven't seen the Zephyr 2000, but Don Halcom and I are currently doing the Allegro 2000, an aircraft I am doing flight training in out of Falcon Field in Mesa. Here's a link with screenshots, although I've reshaped the exterior since. The external model design and FDE is frozen now, and I've started on the VC. Recently I flew an aircraft very similar to the Zephyr--a Sportstar, and I found it quite a nice aircraft and really loved the visibility the bubble canopy gives. But I'm growing attached to the Allegro and may consider one when my training is finished. http://forums.avsim.net/dcboard.php?az=sho...&mesg_id=227730-John
