So are many add-ons, they nearly all come with options to start with the engines running, or ready to start the engines. Heck if you are doing an airshow some of them load default settings so if you save the flight with the engines running at the end of the runway presto, you are ready for takeoff. I know that works with some of CapSims, not the Herc as it's settings are set elswhere. The PMDG's can be left ready, and even the mighty RFP 742 can be set up at the end of the runway ready to go just by saving a flight in that position. yeah I know your not s'posed to but if you are only gonna show off as at an airshow then.....
