Downloading PMDG NGX6700

I just purchased the PMDG B6700 for the P3D V4 version but already had the V3 version which did not load.  Normally, after the purchase I receive an email confirming the download with instructions for the installation from the URL provided.  It is strange that I did not receive an email.  My email address is:   maulavio@bellaliant.net

Any comments or instructions from PMDG?
