PMDG Support Package

Hey Guys, 

I don't really understand how the "Create Support Package" in the PMDG Operation Center works. 

Can someone please explain it to me?

Did someone from PMDG requested you to create a support package? Or you want it for some other reason

Someone requested it due to a problem with my activiation for my PMDG 747

Open the OC, Select the Tools module from the menu on the left side. On the Tools screen you should see the option to "Create Support Package". Click the "Create Package" button. Select a folder you want to save the file, give a name. and press save. Leave navdata and saved flights unchecked. press OK.As soon as the file is created attach it to the ticket.
