Some problems with Slew mode

Hi all

Not sure when this has happened but just now needed to Slew my aircraft at the gate, I'm using P3D v4.1.  Previously I had mapped forward/back/left/right to the arrow keys.  I hit Y to enter Slew mode, all ok but pressing arrow keys no movement.  When I look inside key assignments I only see Slew Tilt Left/Right, Slew Mode On/off???  Where are all the other Slew commands.

Any ideas?

Scrap that didn't realise there was a Slew drop down menu in controls, even so for some reason my assignments had been wiped.
