I just posted my latest 727 panel for 2005. It has several improvements over the last one, but after posting a couple of bugs popped up that somehow managed to slip past testing. They've been fixed and you can get the fixed version on AVSIM now. The first file was called "727 Cockpit v2005". It is being replaced with the corrected one, "727 Panel v2005".
