November 4, 20178 yr Hi All, I have installed the PMDG 737ngx directly from the website and so do not have the disk version but rather the downloaded one. This being said, i wanted to know if you can download the 737ngx from the download link given in the email as many times as I have to factory reset my laptop and would need to install the 737 back. So i wanted to know if i can just directly install it from the email. Thanks in advance! Regards, Faiz
November 4, 20178 yr Commercial Member Faiz, You can always connect to the PMDG store and selecting view previous order. There selecting the order id you can find the download url and download the product. Before doing any format or factory reset it would be better to return the license back to the activation server.
