Hi, I was trying to reinstall the 747 400x but the installer is telling me your user info could not be validated. this is most likely caused by your firewall, I tried installing turning the firewall on and off but  i'm having the same error.

I had this error, Installing vc redist 10.0.30319 (Microsoft Visual c++ 2010) solved the problem.

In my case the Flexnet Service was not present, after this, appeared. I don´t have a clue about these things, but worked.
