Inmersion Package not Showing in VFX Central Manager

I just bought Q400 Inmersion package and although a new reactivation requested has been provided the Q400 Inmersion in not present in my purchased packages.

I have activated the license number and adding the serial number states it is already activated but it is not listed in VFX Central package manager so it's not working.

Any help?
