I can't access pmdg site 

its says refused to connect I want to download my aircraft

Please sign your real name first and last as per forum regulations. For your issue please open a ticket with us going at support.precisionmanuals.com. If you haven't open a ticket in the past you will be need to register. The support portal login is different that then commerce one.
