im havin a wierd menu error in fs2004 since a few days..once a while when i fly my menu disapears and a blank line appears at the bottom of FS. then i am unable to get into my taskmanager or even close fs the normal way.any clou what this error is caused by and how to fix..-----------------------------seid ein paar tagen habe ich ein komisches problem mit dem FS2004.wenn ich fliege verschwindet auf einmal das menu und ein neuer balken taucht am unteren bildrand auf.sobald dieser fehler da ist kann ich weder in den task manager noch den FS standartm

I don't have the answer, but I have the same problem!I formatted windows a week ago and still have the same problem.What OS you running? XP with SP2? What computer specs do you have?

yup, there are a few (maybe a lot) that have had or currently have this issue.I had it after installing the PMDG 744 but after the install I got the problem with all aircraft. After a while, maybe an hour, this would happen.The only way I found to fix it is to reinstall fs9 clean and start over.

my specs are AMD64 3700+ SandiegoDFI NF3 Ultra-d1GB OCZ CL2 RAMLeadtek Geforce6800GT @ UltraWinXP Pro SP1. with all updates.and regarding the pmdg 747 i have it installed too.but the thing is that i noticed the error after installing the following tools.PMDG 747German Airports3Sqawkbox3those 3 softwares were installed prior to the error.maybe this can help
