April 23, 200620 yr Hopefully someone out there has GE and can help. I successfully downloaded GE and installed it to FS9. When I boot it up and install the selected options I get a "Destination path does not exist" window. When I click OK I get a "Files successfully copied" message. I "Exit" and boot up FS9 the GE does not apply. I have the GE2006 folder in Program files and FS9. Any suggestions???Harry
April 23, 200620 yr Change the setting in GE and point to where ever you have installed FS9.EXENext time though post it in the "General Discussion Forum" section, you would get a better chance in having your question answered there.
April 23, 200620 yr Harry,Uncheck the UT options for UT Golf Courses and Parks Europe as well as UT Industrial Areas if you don't have UT Europe. Just use the Global coverage for day and night options and the Koorbygen if you have it installed.Jim Karnhttp://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/forum/pmdg_pf.jpg
April 23, 200620 yr That is correct Spook and Jim, Those two options are there only for people who own and use Ultimate Terrain Europe. What these options do, is to replace the textures used by Ultimate Terrain Europe with adjusted GE textures to blend better with Ultimate Terrain Europe. Although the UTE textures work perfectly with the default FS9 ones, if you use GE and UT Europe and you would not have these options, the industrials, parks and golfcourses will be standing out being much too bright and have the wrong color bias. This is why we added those options. You are totally free to decide if you want to use those options or not, however my and Peter's advise is to use them if you use UT Europe. Again, Only if you own UTE.We will try to make it more clear in our next update.Warm regards,Anthony
