Cannot Pan after entering Flightplan P3D v3.5

Nothing new installed and nothing changed in current setup within P3D.  Started fresh flight out of KBNA and after entering waypoints via MFD/PFD I am not able to Pan using space bar/mouse, nor can I pause the flight via keyboard inside VC.  Shift "o" works.  Outside of plane I can pan using space bar/mouse and pause etc, pause the game via "P" but inside VC nothing. I can pan using joystick but not space bar/mouse

Edit - Not using Chase plane or anything else like chase

Any ideas
