After update to 1709 with WINDOWS 10, P3D v3 is not working.

It load ok but can not fly, the propeller on the MJCQ400 turn very

slow, one turn by minute, same for all airplane, and jet. I don't know

if I erase and download V3 again with last update for V3, this with help.

I play with the configuration for P3D with no success. FSX is working OK
