Specific Sound files not playing in P3Dv4

Anyone have this issue or heard of it? I got nothing from the SEARCH feature.

There are specific sound files  (whose existence in the folder I have confirmed (AB1.wav, etc) that just do not play. This is across both the Hawker & P300.

The airbrakes air-resistance sounds never play when the airbrakes are deployed.

The Flaps "3" sound does not play in the P300.

None of the callouts play except for "500".

I can never hear the sound of rain on the windows unless I am parked.

Anyone have issues like these or know a trouble-shoot plan?

Do you have the 64bit sounds gauge installed? Some old 32bit sounds won't play in P3D v4?
