January 5, 20188 yr I've downloaded the VFXCentral required to install the FSFX Q400 Immersion Package, but after "Downloading Updates", it starts running for about 10 seconds and then shows a "An error has occurred. (WMI)" dialogue box w/o an error code. I've tried rebooting my computer, running the installer in administrator mode, and uninstalling and re-installing VFXCentral, but nothing seems to be working. I've paid something like 30 dollars for this, so this is kind of disappointing. I've already filed a support ticket with the FSFX team, but maybe someone has answers here? Robert A.
