Ortho4XP running slow on new Win10 build

Just upgraded PC to 7700k and 14 TBs worth of Hard drive space. Installed Ortho4xp and when running BI tiles at 16 like most of mine are, it took way too long, Over 1.5 hrs compared to 10-20 minutes on Win 7 system. I shut win defender off during process also to no avail. Have current 64bit python, Also the program doesnt auto progress from one step to the next. I have to click on each process to make it happen. Any ideas.
