3D lights visibility

Got a question... What do I need to tweak so I can see the volumetric lights in dusk even in good weather to imitate something like PMDG 777 has?
I was taking off in early dawn today and I guess FSX doesn't see that as night anymore cause with ALL lights turned on (and I mean all including runway lights) I couldn't even see taxiway center line.
So annoying and a massive immersion killer.

Hope there's something I can do since technically your product already has volumetric lights. Or maybe you can add this option? Would make huge difference.
