P3Dv4 Panel Sound Errors, Lionheart & Cerasim

Hi. I've got errors with the panel sounds on both my Lionheart Epic Victory and CeraSim Bell 222. Anybody have an idea as to how this can be fixed? I've installed both of these outside of the main P3D folder and made a manual xml file. Even when deleting this and moving the files inside the main P3D folder I get the same error messages. Both addons are P3Dv4 compatible.
