Active Sky, ASCA, ENVTEX, PTA - New Install

Already have Active sky (for P3Dv4) and ASCA installed onto my P3Dv4.0 and have just got both Envtex and PTA - after a number of people suggested it was a good combination....................

So just about to install PTA and Envtex and was interested to know peoples advise on best way to install then (what order)/what to back up (shaders ect..)/what settings to use so I can get them all working well together? (note I also have a few Orbx Products already installed)................any help appreciated
