Carenado/Alabeo XML Method of Install

I have been working on getting a few Alabeo and Carenado aircraft installed using the Add on xml method. Everything works fine but I am missing the switch click sounds in the vc. I am using the P3Dv4 installers and all works perfectly if installed directly into P3D. However the xml add on method loses the click sounds for the switches. I have read that this is sometimes a problem but have yet to discover/understand a solution.

Anyone here been able to get this to work who could offer some direction.

P.S. I have the same issue with the RAS Duke B60. Installed directly to P3D works great. XML and no click sounds.
