My accounts has been changed from PMDG as password too it was working fine but after I changed my password the accounts were not working any more asking me for the serial numbers from old transactions

I will need to reactivate this accounts again. When I star FSX  they don't work

Please open a ticket at support.precisionmanuals.com, this is actually a user to user forum. You will need to register a support account there that is seperate from your customer account.
