Loading Terrain data stuck at 6% after installing ReShade

Hello guys. I just installed Prepar3d v4.2. A clean installation. So this problem occur when i installed Reshade into P3Dv4. I have no addons installed. Only FTXGlobal install. Before installing FTXGlobal, i tried with reshade its still the same. I kept on getting "Loading Terrain Data" stuck at 6%. Doing a fresh resinstall fix it but i really wwanna use Reshade to enhance my graphics. Any idea how to solve this?
