CH Products FlightSim Yoke: HAT Switch Not Working

Recommended Posts

This is a new issue for me. I have done the following:

- Checked that it works in Windows Game Controller Settings

- Checked that it works in X-Plane 11

I have it programmed as View (Pan) in P3D v4.2. No response. I have disabled controllers in the sim, and set it up using FSUIPC for the same function... no response. I do seem to be able to assign it key presses, such as zoom in/out and those work.

I was using a Saitek X52 system, but currently have no other controls plugged in save for the CH Products Rudder Pedals.

Resolved...

Wouldn't hurt to post what you did to resolve the situation.

Awaiting the new Microsoft Flight Sim and the purchase of a new system.  Running a Chromebook for now!

You are correct!

I had been using my aircraft specific profile in FSUIPC. The general settings contained a single binding for one direction of the hat switch that needed to be cleared out. That was it...
