June 14, 200619 yr Hello,I'm using a Logitech Extreme 3D pro joystick. Recently, for no apparent reason, the joystick will not calibrate. If I go into sensitivities, and move the slider down (less sensitive), the throttle will suddenly shoot up to about 70% when the throttle on the joystick is at idle.... i have to hit F1 to get it actually get it back to idle. If I move the slider to max sensitivity and zero null zone, then the problems are minimal--but for some reason, the rudder is trimmed far to the right, and this is confirmed when trying to calibrate. But even after calibration, the problem is not solved. Any suggestions? Thanks!zach
June 14, 200619 yr Hello Zach,I had the exact same problem with mine. After numerous mails with support in the U.K., it turns out that the stick is defective. Please return to place of purchase, if possible.Best regards.Luis Hot, humid Caribbean paradise!

June 15, 200619 yr I had the same problem with that joystick also. And apparently it's a common issue. I replaced it with a Saitek Cyborg Evo Force and have had no further problems.Jim
June 15, 200619 yr If you are adventurous, or if you cannot return the stick, here is something that I found that may help - instructions on how to take apart the stick and add some silicone to the pots that may solve the problem.http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/151276.zipBest regards.Luis Hot, humid Caribbean paradise!
