installation pmdg 737 ngx and 736

I have just formatted the pc and installed p3d v.3, I immediately installed the pmdg 737ngx, but when I select the pgmd 737 it shows me the black screens, black buttons, so not working. Strangely enough, he does not even ask me for the key to activate the plane. In addition, the operation center sees me 2 updates that I install, but at the restart of the same I still see the same updates, as if I had not done them.

Regarding the OC issue, it sounds like you do not have the latest installer. Uninstall the current installed NGX, download the latest installer from your PMDG account and install as administrator.
