Stab trim / elv trim issue

Hi guys,

 

I recently bought two products one from ACE a 737 yoke and a TQ for the 737 and everything working correctly on them however what we are facing is that even with new downloads and fresh reinstall of the pmdg product and no double up in keys or buttons we find that the stab trim dn works fine and up worked fine when we first set the button using FUSIPC however after re loading P3Dv4.2 and using the yoke to test the stab trim up it worked for a second and then it stopped working and now no longer responds on both the yoke and the TQ and only dn works. Is anyone else facing this issue or know how to fix it? i have also tried using p3d button settings and they also don't work.

I should Add, this works fine in the air just strangely it cuts out on the ground and for me to pre set my trim for take off using the TQ its odd.

Check the calibration of the yoke itself. You can’t trim nose up if the column is nose down.
