Project Airbus A320 in P3D V4

Currently, I have the Prepar3d v4.1. I want to buy the FSlabs A320 but it's too expensive. I can't really wait for the Aerosoft A320X so I think the freeware Project Airbus A320 can be an alternative. 

My questions are...

Does the Project Airbus A320 work in P3D v4.1?

How do you make the Project Airbus A320 work in P3D v4.1?
