How to move stabilizer trim for takeoff

Hello,

As I am about to make a departure with the MD-11, i want to know what button does move stabilizer trim, so I can get it to green and set the correct trim?

I am in desperately need of help to move it. I know how to move it in the Boeing 717, but is it the same way on the MD-11?

I use the trim up/down on my saitek yoke.
