May 30, 20188 yr Hi, I was doing the startup checklist for a flight and when I try to tune the radios in for ATIS and VOR information, I cannot move the knobs at all. When I press them, all I hear is a click of the knob moving and nothing else. All the knobs The radio panel FMC does not work either, nor the any of the switches, including the autobrake switch, the seatbelt and smoking switches, the evacuation test, the aileron and rudder trim and the ATC transponder. When I put my mouse over them, the hand is greyed out. I do not know what is wrong. Can someone help? Stefan Tanudjaja Stefan Tanudjaja

And yes, the radio panel somehow works when I shift from the template I use. Strange. Stefan Tanudjaja

You need to move the viewpoint and save the new template where it works. Chris Makris PLEASE NOTE PMDG HAS DEPARTED AVSIM You can find us at http://forum.pmdg.com

I shifted to another template that highlights the radio panel, and it works now. You are correct, it seems the old template was jammed into the ceiling or the headrest and made it broke. Thanks for the help. Stefan Tanudjaja
