Carendio B200 not loading Activation Key

On Windows 7 64 bit with X plane 11 I loaded and flew Carendo's B200 with no problem. After upgrading to Win 10 64 bit and reloading the plane, the activation request box will not load to allow me to put the activation key into the system. When the plane is loaded a mechanic is under the plane and no functions are available. I'm stumped, any ideas?

Just going to run a Chromebook and not upgrade to a Windows computer. Too many problems with the new Sims! 😱
