i can not update my products on pmdg operations center

i can not update my products from 1.10.6461 to 1.20.8465 on pmdg operations center, when i click on the install button, the notifications just disappear, when i open the program again they show up again. Regards.

Welcome to the PMDG support forum, please note their rules ask that we sign our full names on all posts.

Your version is too old for the OC to update.  You need to download a full installer from either your PMDG account or from Aerosoft if you purchased there.  Remove old versions, install new.  Then run OC and it will allow you to repair liveries so those do not need reinstalled.
