Gear sometimes does not retract

So, i have this problem where the gear sometimes does not want to retract, the gear lever goes up but the gear stays down and the MFD display still says 3 down green. I have no idea what would be causing the problem, the issue seems occur randomly. Both the gear button on my HOTAS and clicking the lever do nothing.

Has anyone else had this problem?
