P3D sun unrealistically too big

Has anyone here gotten the “Simple Sun Mod” creates by Gabriel Rodriguez to work in v4? I’ve heard of it working in v3 but no work on the 64 but side. I had it in FSX:SE and it honestly made my sim less cartoonish.
