TF2K4_BasicMesh.bgl??

I am trying to defrag my harddrive and a file that is said to be heavily defragmented is TF2K4_BasicMesh.bgl. This doesn't sound like an original MSFS file. Does anyone else have this in their scenery file? ThanksDavid
