Best passenger addon?

 I was wondering what the best addon for simulating passengers on airline flights. I know FSPassengers is great and new version is coming out but any other ideas? Looking for better announcement addon and to add more airline operations realism.

FSCaptain is pretty good with its own FCDU that you use to control announcements, payload of your aircraft, monitor passenger satisfaction, get assigned parking, etc. One of the other neat features is it even evaluates your performance on the flight. You're able to customize a lot of the components of your airline including failures of your aircraft.
