I am attemtping to replace the gps_500 XML with the gps_500 XML created by Arne Bartels for his XML Traffic Radar 2.0.1. I do not know how to overwrite the current XML located in the fs9gps Cabinet file in the Gauges folder. Can someone please tell me how to overwrite or replace the current gps_500 XML with the one created by Arne Bartels?Thanks

I can't help, but I wish someone would, the instructions in the readme are confusing to me and I can't get this to work. Could someone please jump in here? JamesJ

unpack the cab file and replace the file in the unpacked cab, the unpacked file will take presidence over the packed file. alternativly you can delete/rename the origianl cab and repack the new folder with cabpack (google will find it for you), the program is old but works fine in XPI have used the first option here to change my fs9gps.cab with edited bitmaps to better represent the real garmin unitshttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/153173.jpghttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/153175.jpg
