Activation library handle creation Failed

I have been using the PMDG 737NGX for a few months now without any difficulty however today it is asking me for the activation code. I copy and paste the code from the purchase email I got from PMDG and I get the following message

"ERROR: Activation library handle creation failed - 50003, 71000, 10104"

I have tried reinstall the product and still get the same message.

 

I am running FSX Steam on Windows 10 (which I have also updated), I have also updated FSX Steam

Any ideas?
