FS2crew install

I am trying to get FS2crew up and running, I have to install PMDG SP1c. when I try to install I get the Attached message below. 

Any help would be appreciated.

 Welcome to the forums, please note that PMDG requires that users include a signature block with the user's name, first and last, in all posts in the PMDG forum.
Failure to include a signature will result in removal of the post without comment.

We strongly encourage users to set up a signature block in their AVSim user account, then you never have to worry to remember in the future!

There is no SP1c any more, we are not using SP since some years now. You can check the operations center to see in which version you are. Open the Operations Center and select the NGX then version. If  you are on the latest version there (Installed version and Server version the same number) then  there is nothing you need to do.

If you are not on the latest version then you can either update from the Operations Center to latest or if this fails you need to download the latest installer for the NGX from the PMDG shop account, and then do the last update from the Operations Center. After doing that you will be on the latest version and you should be able to install FS2Crew.
