Problem with the FSLabs A320 in certain regions

Recommended Posts

Hi Guys
Have a strange anomaly with P3D v4.3 in as much the FSLabs A320 loads fine in certain regions
but fails to load in others. In Europe it loads OK but in USA and Canada no deal. I have posted at
FSlabs and it was suggested the the wxstationlist.bin file in the app data roaming might be the culprit, I did delete this to no avail.

Thinking this maybe a scenery problem I have re-installed the default P3D scenery, also uninstalling all Orbx scenery in FTX Central an UTX USA and Canada, still the A320 refuses to load in the USA and Canada.

I have the following addons installed:-
Orbx Scenery
FTX Global Base Pack.
Regions:- AU Australia, NA Pacific Northwest.
Airports:- YBBN, YBCS, YLIL, YMAV, YMLT, YMML, YSCB.
Ultimate Terrain:- Canada, USA, Europe.
Weather:- OpusFSI v5,
Rex Skyforce ( Only use for sky and cloud, use OpusFSI for weather).
Aircraft:- FSlabs A320/A319, PMDG NGX, Majestic Q400.

The NGX and the Q400 load OK, but with the NGX I have noted there seems a problem with the controls
via FSUIPC, again this is only in the USA and Canada. I am considering doing a complete re-install of
P3D and all addons but would really like to know what the actual problem is.

Thanks Guys in advance of any suggestions, I'm really stumped with this one.

Cheers Patrick

When I start having weird regional issues, I start by running the re-migration tool in FTX Central, and after that I run each of the Ultimate Terrain configurators, do a quick disable and then a quick enable of each (this has them re-write the terrain.cfg entries that FTX Central seems to undo when it runs).

Beyond that, you could have a corrupt file somewhere...often a rebuild is quicker than trying to troubleshoot an esoteric problem for weeks.

Regards

Thanks w6kd

Will give that a try, hopefully a complete reinstall will remove any rogue files.
