INVALID PRODUCT CODE

Dear Colleagues 

I have purchased both 737 NGX 737-8/900 Base package and 737 6/700 expansion package, 

in both cases the product activation code is invalid, Where does one activate the product? Is it activated through FSX Steam?

Is it activates through PMDG website ( no options available here)

the only option I am getting is through FSX steam under 

+ ADD A GAME

ADD A NON STEAM GAME

BROWSE THE STEAM STORE FOR GAMES

 Welcome to the forums, please note that PMDG requires that users include a signature block with the user's name, first and last, in all posts in the PMDG forum.

We strongly encourage users to set up a signature block in their AVSim user account, then you never have to worry to remember in the future!

 

When you start FSX after the installation you need to select either the 800 or 900. Upon selecting it you are going to receive a pop up window to enter your activation ID. THe activation ID is shown on the email you received after you bought the product or you can see it by login to your PMDG account and go to view previous orders. The activation ID is in the following format NGX8-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX for the 800/900 and NGX6-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX for the 600/700. You need first to activate the 800/900 and then the 600/700.

 

If you still have issues please open a ticket through the support portal, support.precisionmanuals.com.

Please make sure not to put any Activation ID in the forum.
