SPEED

[AVFL350 0]

HI there, I am new to fly the 737 ngx. in descent mode the plane don't reduce the speed to 250k below 10,000f, (when the plane reach the 2 green dots.) and at decel point the plane don't response the green dot. I  must configure the speed manual. can some help me to solve this issue?
