September 23, 20187 yr I added the 747-400 and 747-8 into my cart and purchased both of these together. However, there is only one download URL of 747-8 in my Previous Orders under the "Downloadable Product(s) Information" I can't download 747-400 and install 747-8. Mingze Gao

Welcome to the forums, please note that PMDG requires that users include a signature block with the user's name, first and last, in all posts in the PMDG forum. Failure to include a signature will result in removal of the post without comment.
