Hello, I reset my PC about a month ago and have been having some problems. I previously had the PMDG Boeing 737-800/900 NGX Base Package and the PMDG Boeing 777-200 L/R Base Package. But when I went to sign in after the PC reset, it said my E-Mail address didn't exist in their costumer database. Its been almost a month since the PC reset and i still haven't been able to log in to get my products back. I don't know if my E-Mail was put in wrong when I made the PMDG account, or if it was a glitch of some sort. I have photos of both order tickets saved. I really love these products and would appreciate some help in getting them back.
