function CDU_L_NAVRAD() commented

Hi,

i ganged this from

function CDU_L_NAVRAD()
        -- ipc.control(PMDGBaseVariable +CDULstartVar+ 23, 1)
end

to

function CDU_L_NAVRAD()
        ipc.control(PMDGBaseVariable +CDULstartVar+ 24, 1)
end

in all PMDG 747 Models and it works perfectly
