PMDG 747-8i reverser doors not animated

Hello, for some reason when I land on the new PMDG 747-8, the reverser doors on the engines don't open/are not animated but the reverse thrust can be heard. This happens when not in replay mode. Does anyone know how to fix this???

Sounds like it's working normally, when flying; but does not work in replay mode? Is this correct?

If so, this is normal. Our model is built for actual use, and not the replay function. Our custom model is too complex for the built-in replay function to handle.

So as I touch down on the runway as normal without replay, I activate the reverse thrust but the engine reverse thrust doors don't open, I can only hear the reverse thrust but the doors on the engines don't open.
