October 20, 20187 yr Have Notification in operations center telling update is available. When I push install the process starting but is over in Seconds. Whwn i open the operations center it it is a New Notification telling update is available. Have tried this several times and it repeats. Have also tried when my virus protection is turned off, Have just downloaded the 747 8 and this update is needed to run it. The update that wont install is 3.00.9019.. Can anyone help me.

Welcome to the forums, please note that PMDG requires that users include a signature block with the user's name, first and last, in all posts in the PMDG forum. Failure to include a signature will result in removal of the post without comment. We strongly encourage users to set up a signature block in their AVSim user account, then you never have to worry to remember in the future! You need to update the 744 using the full installer. Go to the PMDG store with your account, view previous orders and find the 744 order. Download the new installer for the 744 from there uninstall the current installed one and install using the new installer.
